Infants

6 weeks – 12/16 months

The Infant classroom is a warm, nurturing, and learning-rich environment for children 6 weeks-old through approximately 12-15 months-old.

Each Infant classroom may accommodate 8 or 12 children (varies by location) with a ratio of 1 teacher to every 4 infants. To cultivate a strong bond and attachment, each infant is established with a consistent primary caregiver.

Individualized infant schedules, interactions and curriculum implementation are provided throughout each day. The Infant program incorporates a multitude of sensory, language, social, physical, and creative experiences aimed to support infants as they reach important developmental milestones. Children in the Infant program progress in their gross and fine motor development, as well as language, cognitive, and social development.
